A Beautiful Display Starts With Planning the Whole Property
A long roofline, several peaks, and trees set away from the house need a coordinated design. Each feature should feel connected, with thoughtful placement and discreet power routing.
For Ajay’s home in Spaulding Green, we planned four peaks, long roofline runs, six newly planted trees, and two arborvitae shrubs at the porch. Metal roof sections also influenced scheduling: we completed the work before the first frost or snowfall.

Warm-White Rooflines and Peaks
Traditional warm white gives the architecture a defined outline while keeping the appearance welcoming. On Ajay’s home, we followed all four peaks and the long roofline sections.

A Welcome Porch Entrance
Lighting the two arborvitae shrubs in front of the porch brought another layer of interest to the entrance, connecting the roofline above with the landscaping below.

Trees That Extend the Display
Six newly planted trees carried the lighting beyond the house. Their placement spread the display through the property, with attention to each tree’s size and developing branches.

Discuss Your Display
We start with the features you want to highlight, your preferred colors, and the areas you would like included. Photos help us understand the layout and shape the design.

We consider roof surfaces, access, landscaping, and distances between lighting sections. Mapping those connections keeps the installation organized.

Install and Secure the Display
We custom-fit the lighting and secure the wiring and connections. On this project, exposed conditions and high gusts made careful wire management especially important.

In-Season Maintenance
We connect the display to its planned controls and review its operation. Ajay’s separate lighting areas were brought together on one timer.

Care Through the Season
We provide maintenance for our leased lighting, then return for removal and off-season storage.

Five Peaks and a First Holiday Display in Spaulding Green
This was Ajay’s first time having a professional holiday-lighting display installed, and we wanted the details to feel considered from the roofline down to the porch.
Long distances between lighting areas required extended SPT-1 power runs to connect everything to one timer. We secured ground-level wiring at selected crossing points to reduce loose cable and keep its route controlled. Seasonal wiring still needs to stay clear of mowing and other yard equipment.
At sidewalk crossings near the porch, localized attachment points kept the routing close to the surface. Along the roofline, we paid particular attention to securing custom connections so gusts would be less likely to leave wires hanging visibly.
When the installation was finished, Ajay came outside, took photos, and shared how happy and excited he was with the result.

FAQ for Holiday Lighting in Clarence, NY
Can you install the lights early and leave them off until the holidays?
Yes. We can install ahead of when you want the display illuminated, subject to scheduling and suitable conditions. For Ajay’s home, the metal roof sections were a reason to complete the work before frost and snow arrived.
Can the roofline and trees operate together on one timer?
In some installations, yes. We connected this display to one timer, but the right arrangement depends on lighting load, available power, and distances involved. We assess those details during planning.
Can newly planted trees be included in the display?
Yes, when their condition and structure are suitable. We included six newly planted trees on this project, considering their size and branches when placing the lighting. We assess each tree individually.
Do I buy the lights, or can you install lights I already own?
Our standard holiday-lighting service is lease-only, and we supply the lights and materials. We do not install customer-supplied lighting as part of that service. Your seasonal display includes installation, maintenance, removal, and storage.
