Do you offer color options beyond warm white?
Yes, for sure. Warm white is our most popular for a classic look, but we also offer pure white, multi‑color, or custom color mixes. We’ll show you design mockups so you can compare roofline runs, wreaths, and tree wrapping in different palettes before we install. If you want to switch styles next year, we can update your leased inventory to match.
How do timers work without apps or smart controls?
We set reliable dusk‑to‑dawn or scheduled plug‑in timers—no apps required. Your lights turn on at sunset and power down automatically, so you don’t have to touch a thing. If you prefer fixed hours (for example, 5–11 pm), we’ll program that. We also tidy up cable management and place the controller in an easily accessible location. If anything drifts after a power outage, just call us! This is apart of our full-service leasing package!
What happens if something needs attention during the season?
We’ve got you. With holiday lighting, our lease includes in‑season support. If a bulb needs replacing or a line shifts after wind or ice, we’ll come out to get everything looking right again. For landscape lighting, we offer maintenance plans that cover cleaning lenses, re‑aiming fixtures, and checking connections so your system stays consistent year‑round.
How is landscape lighting handled differently?
Great question. You’ll receive a design mockup first, then we install low‑voltage fixtures, a transformer, and weather‑sealed connections. We conceal wiring for a clean daytime look and return after dark to fine‑tune beam angles and brightness. Unlike holiday lights, landscape lighting runs year‑round and is built for permanent curb appeal, safety, and wayfinding.
Do holiday displays require a transformer?
No—holiday roofline and décor typically use commercial‑grade C9/C7 LED strands with timers and don’t require a low‑voltage transformer. We custom-cut to fit your roofline, secure everything cleanly, and set your schedule. Landscape lighting does use a transformer to safely power fixtures and manage voltage across zones. We’ll handle both systems as needed.
Do you take the holiday lights down and store them?
Yes! Our full‑service lease includes January takedown and off‑site storage. We label and pack everything so it’s ready to reinstall next season for a perfect fit. You won’t have to climb ladders, organize bins, or worry about damage. We’ll also note any updates you want for next year—like color changes or added trees.
